Prof. Hornung will demonstrate implantation of the mCLIP ARC partial prosthesis – a partial prostheses with a clip coupling structure to the head of the stapes and a micro ball-joint that connects the headplate with the shaft. Additionally, Prof. Hornung will show stapes surgery with the mFIX– a stapes prosthesis with a self-retaining clip so that no crimping is necessary.
